Thank you for choosing UseShield. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy
of UseShield.
1. Digital Products
UseShield is a digital product providing immediate access to premium features upon subscription
activation. Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the
subscription has been activated, except as required by law.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Issues caused by third-party websites or services
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel:
- Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time
To cancel, go to your account settings within the extension or manage your subscription through PayPal
directly.
4. Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial:
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends
- If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected
- We cannot offer refunds if you forget to cancel your trial
5. Exceptions
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical errors where you were double-charged
- Severe technical issues that prevent the extension from functioning, provided you have worked with
our support team to resolve the issue first
